Can recommend budget monitor below Rm 250 For 1920x1080?

I dunt know about gysync or freesync but let say i have gtx 1060 6gb. can get monitor below rm250?
Any brand will do

for rm250 you only can get 18.5in tn panel monitor with 1366x768 resolution.

if you increase your budget to rm400 you can get a decent 1920x1080 23-24in ips/pls monitor.
