Those are common everywhere for places with 1000+ units above. Good business.
People staying at such places, due to the convenience. Residents want to get anything or services just go downstairs. Everything at their fingertip. They dont want privacy. The busier the place, the better.
These will be nice to have. Will standout from the rest of the common ones as stated above:
- Starbucks or any on par cafe shop
- Family mart
- Fast food chain (McD, KFC, Burger King, etc)
- Bank
Sadly, most places with commercial below, let's say 3 floor of commercial: G, 1st floor and 2nd floor. Only those at G floor will survive. Those offices/shops at 1st floor and 2nd floor mostly will be left vacant only.
