Previously I am using this inbuild app called Asus Sound Recorder on my Asus Z007.

When I offered to trade in the phone by a sales man, i told the sales men wait me to uplaod all my recording 1 by 1 on Google Drive first then i will get back and deal with him. However, the sales man said he can just directly do back up and factory reset and keep telling me this is just a small potato problem because I can find back all my app data when I login to my Google account in my new phone.

But the problem is when I login my Google on the new phone, there was no backup of this app in Google Drive and I found that this app can't be install because Google Play say it's not compatible with my new device, so now I can't get back all my recording.

I had never upload any of my recording to Goolge Drive previously and I'm not sure whether the back up done by the salesman will be recognized by Google or not. My old Asus phone had all recording clear in the app after the reset.

Is that anyway I can find back my recording. I still having my old phone in hand. Help me pls !!!!

Go Google Drive and login. Do you see the files there?

Already login, found out the app data backed up there is only some Google related app like Gmail, Playstore, Youtube... etc

Not sure.... the sales men do for me on the phone settings. I have no idea about what is backup, factory reset... etc before this issue. One thing i know is i can upload my recording to Drive in the app which i never done. Now i only could blame myself for this and so stupid to let the sales men touch my phone.

save it to ur computer 1st...

but i think not every data can be backup to google...
