I have just made payment for my postpaid line via the MyMaxis app. After keying in my TAC code, it says transaction failed. However, I received SMS from bank stating that I have been charged. I called my bank to verify, and yes, they confirm that Maxis has charged me the amount.
I called in to Maxis hotline, waited almost 30 mins, was only told to wait as they might be facing issue. No resolution provided. Such poor service, for the premium price we are paying.
So what's next? Amount billed, transaction failed, Maxis will ask me pay again, and charge me again?
