Bug Report Password Field Invalid when using Quick Login

I use to use quick login without much problems, nowadays it keeps popup and error saying password field invalid and I need to type it again.
Thanks in advance.
Browser used - Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.4

Im also having same problem. Even in other forum like mytforum or mayb some kind of vbulletin forum also same ... Have to click login then onli can login properly  Yeah !!! Im not alone

I tried using quick login in LYN and the other forum that you mentioned. It worked fine. Using firefox 2.0.0.4 too.

I'm posting from IE, I reformatted my comp as well, no problems with Quick Launch. Wonder why does it not work with FF. *Editted - Doesn't work in Opera as well. This post has been edited by eXPeri3nc3: Jun 10 2007, 12:17 PM

it happen to me before. but the problem is not constant. sometime ok sometime not.

we are aware of the problem, but we're still unable to pinpoint the actual cause (sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't!)
Please use the login page while we crack our brains and fix this stubborn piece of code.

Fixed it. Turned out to be a rare condition that clears the password field as you hit the submit button.
