already predict this. jessica jones and punisher and defenders will be cancelled soon too. no point to help disney promote their intellectual properties since disney will pull out all marvel content from netflix.

maybe netflix will try to make dc superheroes original series instead.

nah, all 3 marvel characters cancelled. punisher will be next, mark my word. the only reason they don't announce it yet is because they already start work on jessica jones and punisher so they want to complete it and get the return back. once next season is aired, cancellation will be announced. i am very confident in saying this.

DC already have tons of show on CW. netfilx also already have rights to show dc tv on their service.

so now we know disney want all their stuff in house instead. possibly genting vs fox case really is the same deal also.

but having rights not same as owning the series. until now netflix still does not have Smallville on their service due to no rights. by making their own series they will own it forever even if CW decides to pull out their stuff later.
