Hi all, newbie 1st timer bought a property here got a nop question.
receive my 1st letter frm developer title abt "Progress Billing -The Foundation Works Of The Said Building 10%". got 2 copy of letter same title but different amount, 1 for me (RM5++) & another 1 is a copy for Bank (RM400k++).
wanna ask does tat mean i will start serving my loan? but im not receive any notification or letter frm bank yet?? or the amount of RM5++ i need to personally make settlement wit the developer? do i need to call my agent banker or sale person abt the matter? plz advice thx

Assuming you are taking 90% loan. Check with your bank. Usually within 2 to 3 weeks time you have to pay up the amount (meaning your bank need to disburse the amount). Failing to do so will be charged late payment interest.
