So i was mulling on the rpgt after 5 years, feeling a bit sore and wondering how to escape. So wanted to ask u guys if the following works:
Sell property with furnishing.
SnP is just property. Then sell the furnishing to same buyer but invoiced seperatly.
Is that tax evasion or allowed to sell the furnishing separately. Legit furnishing like aircon fridge tv sofa cabinet etc.
Is it considered personal income taxable, the second hand furnishing sales?

Buyer canot get loan for the furnishing. So pay cash. if buyer got cash, he could have paid u cash and reduce the S&P value to begin with. No difference

No difference Damm, good point on the pay cash part. They don't want to reduce snp actually, cos then their rpgtax Nanti pay more.
