Guys anyone of your iPhone XR when open apps such as Instagram Facebook YouTube the apps won’t load? Need to restart the phone only can open the apps.

Anyone experiencing iPhone XR app freezing? I have updated to latest OS, reset my network settings and even restore it. Apps freezing only on those apps require internet connection. How to fix this?
