Problem is Apple does not care about pricing of other brand phones, they just worry their profit only. Since every year they know the number of ppl changing iphones getting less and less, they also jack up the price higher to show their shareholders that the profit is increasing every year.

I also plan to keep my XR for 2 years, but dunno can tahan or not when end of this year the new iphones are announced

But still prefer to use powerbanks instead of battery case, and with the XR i dont even need to use powerbank bcos battery last whole day even though whatsapp and call alot

Correct. Phone support 2 sims, but 1 is physical sim and 1 is esim. Only china / hk iphone sets have 2 slots for physical sim

I dont travel often, so the travelling convenince dun really apply to me. I do have 2 numbers though, so now i dont have to carry 2 phones with me

In the settings there got option to "Turn On This Line", so i guess can off the eSIM when u travel overseas

Screen wise - I dont notice the difference, unless you put the X and XR side by side (which I wont be doing anyway). If not the screen is very good IMO
Camera - I nvr used the zoom / portrait mode on the X, so I dont feel any difference when using the XR
One Hand Usability - For me, not so comfortable to use it 1 hand compared to the X. But I have no problems using 2 hands
Battery Life - The main reason I changed to the XR. It has the BEST BATTERY LIFE among all iPhones to date
3D Touch - Surprisingly I do miss the 3D touch abit as I use it, though I can live without it

Am currently using the Mous bamboo case

Didnt use solidsuit, but my guess is it would almost be the same experience as their Mod NX with backplate. Rhinoshield cases are nice, but problem is the sides are slippery. Mous case dont have this issue

Mous case is slightly heavier than the Nomad. I chose the bamboo, so cant do direct comparison with Nomad. Nomad case effortless to remove, Mous case need abit force to remove from phone

Wanted to try Mous companion accessories like the magnet wallet, but see the price quite expensive so didnt buy

I previously used the Playproof series for my older iphone, so i know what you mean need to wrestle abit with the phone to remove when the casing is new, but after awhile it bcom easier

Back glass crack is the worst for iPhone, as the back glass cant be replaced like the front screen. Apple will replace the whole phone, and charge you for refurbished price. Get ready for RM2k+ repair if go back to Apple

Depends on whether you use the functions of the Apple Watch
If you nvr use the functions and only tell the time, then better to go with other "dumber" watches
