No app necessary to clear cache in iOS. Just switched off your iPhone once in a while or when you noticed that your iPhone is slower, this is to reset your phone ram. Clear your Safari history and website data from Settings.

Haha, yeah, quite a workhorse, this fella. 24 hours standby, more than 3 hours SOT and still 50% battery life remaining.
