For The Maxis’ customers it’s all go down to which mass/grade they’re belong. Monthly usage, tenure and payments are all taken into consideration. But any customer can always dispute the sim replacement charges

So far all my apple products have not failed me within the warranty period over the years since Iphone 2G. All the devices lasted at least 3 years till I replaced them

The only product I’m not convinced would be the Apple Watch. I can buy a limited edition seiko tuna. I could live with a diver watch instead of a high tech watch lolol.
