Based on another property I bought before, I personally found TEDUH statistics from KPKT to be fairly accurate in reflecting actually sold/unsold units (beyond stickers game) Maybe some developers update more frequent than others... but developers have incentive to update if they don't want to look bad so i don't know why some developers won't update..
