If the guy can afford to En-bloc purchase a project, and promote it back for resell then what is wrong with that right? That is the risk they took in case they are unable to re-sell it back. Of course when one took the advice to buy or not to buy during talks/seminar then that is their own decision.
Similarly when we go to property launch developer or agents also promote their project sky-high. So it is no different just the approach is different  Btw is there any other project(s) that the guy book/purchase en-bloc before ? If there is, how was the appreciation like in term of investment and rental? |

So Summer Suites was one of the project recommended by FR in the closed-group before or was it just him that bought the property? Guess it would be good if the client/follower/team can confirm on this
