Who is the FR's agent ? Sound fishy. I'm not sure about the 90% buy for investors, but many buy for ownstay because;
1. Dutamas Area
2. Price far cheaper than Icon
3. Facilities top class, far better than Icon
Basically, Solasta is far ahead Icon.. Yeah, many buy for investment, not surprising because it is the only grade A property in Malaysia after Kiara 163. But, dont surprise many buy for ownstay. Many my investors friend bought for ownstay. Nowadays, successful people want to live in Mont Kiara, Hartamas, Dutamas. They don't want to stay in Sentul, Cheras, Kuchai Lama, Setapak or other area surrounded with low cost housing like forever.
I'm not sure why you die die also want to promote Solasta. You definitely smell fishy trying to indirectly promote the leftover units.
You want to know who the agent is? Please check with FR's team. Ask him who was the agent sent to meet a bunch of VIP 8 DC members who were promised the opportunity to buy grade A apartment if we sign up for his VIP course. But after attended the course he quietly sold almost all units away to investors until someone in the Whatsapp group started to make noise. That was at the end of April.
In fact, at that time, this Lowyat forum contained more info than we get from FR's team. In fact, the only time info on Solasta was revealed was in FRPG review of Dutamas area.
Btw, not all "grade A" units are created equal. That means different units in the same "grade A" building can yield a very different result in terms of rental and demand. The promised rental does not apply to all units. Some with good facing like low floor with pool view will be the first to rent out and at a premium, while those unfavourable units facing the highway, graveyard, KTM line, HTC, etc will be left empty for many months or rented out at a much lower price.
How do I know? I've learned my lesson for buying a unit of K163 SOVO facing Arcoris which is less preferred compared to those facing Sri Hartamas side. To be fair, I didn't buy from FR's team and I'm not blaming anybody for that. I've decided to enter even though I knew I was late. So, I'm not going to enter late in Solasta and still have to pay RM5000 for the right to buy a unit as a customer. Yes, you need to pay him RM5000 for each unit or RM19K for 4 units and above which is more value for money plus you get to attend VIP and subscribe to FRPG for free.
Btw, double good luck to you for buying the leftover units! I hope you are one of those who paid RM19K and buy 4 or more grade A units

. Please post your story here once VP. I'm eager to learn from you.
