Does anyone know any previous projects / development that has endorsement from those guru? How does it perform after VP?

I'm still couldn't figure it out, if there's roughly 70% investor to 30% public, would the 70% eventually cannibalize themselves? If that 70% investor all renovate to makeover guy's standard, there's no more differentiation already right? Eventually, the only differentiation will be rental price, would it result in price war? Or is it the investor group will take control and help them rent out like a management group and pay 6% rental to the owners every month?

It's so simple.. It's next to KL metropolis, grade A offices, commercial, iconic tower. It's located in Dutamas, where nearby subsale condo selling at 1000psf++ but Solasta only selling at 700psf. The facilitis is top class, even got man-made beach.

You will be surprise that many buy for ownstay oso. The facilities in on par with icon residence, if not, better.

You can see a lot of forummers so jelous with FR.. kah3..

indramerlin is that you sifu? I m confuse. So buy or no buy.

Haha. I'm really doubt with this Solasta before. But after enlightened by FR and I do my own research. Solasta definitely a gem la bro. Yes, it got cemetery, htc nearby, but all of that marginalised by the greatness of Solasta.

they are actually offices but being used by investors as residential...! So go figure...

If they have been used for what they are classified under officially - would it have been a different story in terms of rental yield?

having said that, yes its next to a cementery but then one have to remember, land in the middle of the city is scarce so if you compare
to another property next to a cementery out of a city, its a different story liao as choices are abundant...can say liddat...i just kpc nia..

Can't say next to cemetery is bad thou. Many plantations oso choose lands nearer to cemetery due to gd fs. True onot hard to tell. They make big bucks in biz thou.

For house hmmm can huat with toto wk in wk out I guess. Best is face cemetery due to low noise pollution. Maybe just need to bear with the 2 wks a yr during qing ming. 😜😜😜
