Depends on the pricing. If rm500-550 in Dutamas, (not Segambut ok no matter what the negative points), then its great. They have to compensate for those 4 ‘boosters’ so must not price it too high. Actually they got 5 ‘boosters’ there if you guys look properly. Hehe.

Agree. Not only supplies are growing, demand also uncertain due to internet usage and some companies allowed staff to work from home. Except AliBaba, didn't heard any big companies coming to Malaysia. However for me, the biggest concern here is the ability of Naza to realised all the development plan.
