iPAD IOS Downgrade, please help

Hi all,
I recently upgraded my ipad mini 2 (year 2014) to IOS version 12.1. After upgrade, my ipad can only play for about 30 minutes after that (probably run out of memory) is all the LAGGING, SCREEN SHAKING, BOTTOM SCREEN NO RESPONSE, LINES, etc etc... I want to try DOWNGRADE IOS back to lower version, how to do it? please help, TQ. |

Cannot downgrade after Apple stops signing iOS 11.
