That motherboard will probably be sold for RM1500++. I'm not going to splash out that kind of money for a motherboard. G35 is more like it...or maybe a P35. But G35 has better specs, albeit the built-in graphics and HD video processor (I thought that is supposed to be good, no?)...

Unfortunately, we'll have to wait until September for the arrival of X38 and G35. Intel announced at Computex that, "X38 and G35 will start shipping within 90 days." I'm quite confident there would be no delays...but I'm hoping for a July or August availability...(fingers crossed)...
