skip all those walk in ceremony and skip those MC talking part.
a simple dinner with tea ceremony will do

but if you got budget and wanna make it look like once in a lifetime,
then get a small ballroom in hotel to cater that 8 ~9 table
you can get the hotel to do a simple walk in ceremony with some spotlight shinning on you.
