Just bought one set myvi schmaco mounting. Upon exchange in the workshop, noted original locknut cannot be fully engaged on the threaded rod.

How to solve this problem?

Foreman say schmaco should supply thin type locknut because original is non bearing type, schmaco is bearing type. Body is thicker.

Can these thin body locknut be purchased and what is the spec ?

Are you referring to the absorber top nut? Some absorber makers provide the nut along with the struts, and so far I've not seen them being bundled together with top mounts.

I'd suggest you return the Schmaco units and see if you can bring along the worn units to compare if they have other options as close to the factory fitted 1s.
