Boy, I need the same. I used a lady in the new Melawati Mall back when I lived in Wangsa Maju, and she was good, so there is one recommendation for you. But I'm looking for someone a little more versed in menswear. (She seemed to do mostly ladies things.)

Can now recommend Za Altera with full confidence. You won't be disappointed.

Any tailor who is willing to alter other people's garments is of course a great option. That's not the business most tailors are in, though, so some may be out of luck in trying this path. If you are looking for a full-on and legit alterations shop, I continue to recommend Za Altera. The lady in Melawati Mall was really excellent for me, and I'd love to go to her again, but she doesn't have outlets everywhere like Altera does.

If not, how to get in touch?
