Boost hang again!
3 weeks ago, on a weekend; I was in middle of making a payment to Boost and the app didn’t respond. So I paid using my Visa CC.
Afterwards when Boost recovered from the I was surprised to find that Boost has deducted the transaction from my balance!!
So I reached out to their customer service who requested my email; handphone; snapshot of the credit card receipt transaction done; snapshot of the Boost payment history; etc...
Now, after 3 weeks; still no refund..
I followed up and they keep saying waiting from the merchant
Sad 😢
Lesson learnt... never use Boost when their server response is laggy or when you have a poor connection

Guys I checked my SSPN statement but only able to view 2018 penyata... say, if I top up my SSPN using boost bill payment (RM400); how can I view the latest 2019 statement reflecting this top up?

Guys; besides screenshot on your transaction history list; how do u keep track of your spending and deposits? Too bad boost doesn’t have a export function like BigPay and TNG e-wallet
