i have reached my monthly 4500 spending limit.

can i still top up boost and withdraw money after hitting the spending limit

so this morning received a message from boost stating that for security reasons they have removed my saved credit/debit cards. (both Big pay cards).

requested to add the cards back and was not successful. anyone encounter the same prob?

is boost following the foot steps of Bigpay, that the same card can not be in two or more accounts.

This has been the situation for me currently. Cards were removed by boost due to upgrade (alleged security reasons).
Added bigpay card and was pre auth rm4 - successful.
But when topping up boost with bigpay, it prompted otp again, after keying in the otp, failed.

No issue with other cards, after pre auth rm4, topping up does not requires otp again.

i think now Boost is following Big Pay's foot step of not allowing one CC into two or more Boost Accounts.

minimum i have gotten is 5 cents

this morning even my Amex can't top up boost.

removed the card and adding it back up also can't.

do u added the amex in two or more boost accounts?

if yes, then the card shall not be used at all.

for my situation after the new update (boost removed all cards)

i added my Amex CC to my Boost account and wife's boost account (meaning 2 accounts)

the first day added card and top up for both accounts went through.

the second day both accounts can't top up with the card. deleted the card from wife's account, try to re added the card to mine but failed.

however i added HSBC card to my account (added and top up successfully)
CIMB card to wife's account (added and top up successfully) too.

so if it is a technical error from Boost side, that is good news. because blocking Amex card is such a waste and frustrating.

i just tried to add other cards which has not been associated or added to any boost accounts. and it was ok

however i did tried to re added the AMEX several times, morning, afternoon but failed.

why does sometimes "card not charge" pops out

i hate when this happen, especially when ur about to pay for something and ready to reload boost.

been having problem to reload this morning too.
