Looking for assistance regarding boost. New user here that has already validated the account.

Topped up via cc to boost wallet but when I want to transfer out via duitnow, i get an error that says wallet has insufficient funds.

Anything that I have missed out on with regards to account validation? I have submitted a support ticket but have yet to receive a reply. Anyone know if there is a helpline I can contact?
