when i reload boost, sometimes it triggered the 3D security, sometimes wont.
what is the criteria that triggers it?

it's a bummer especially using bigpay.
1 minute can, another minute cannot.

i tried using bigpay
1) reload small amount RM60 - no 3D security, reload without issue
2) reload bigger amount, RM1k - hit 3D security, failed
3) try bck small amount, RM60 - hit 3D security, failed

continue from my testing above....

4) use another card, reload RM10 - straight success
5) same card above, another RM10 - trigger otp

maybe is the same card, 2nd reload of the day will trigger otp?

2moro i'll try again.
but what i suspect now is....

1) first top up of the day doesn't require OTP, all subsequent will need OTP
2) above rules applied per card.
meaning if card 1 kena OTP edi, u switch to card 2, shud be no OTP again for 2nd card.

dunno y 2day suddenly failed to reload wit big pay again.
get OTP, but failed 3D security.

after few failed tries, my card also got blocked.
now need to request to unblock.

after upgrade new UI, my boost bcomes laggy & most of the time not responsive to touch.
wtf?
on another ios phone is fine though.

i just tried to top up.
it was loading for unusual long time, then show success.
but wallet amount dint increase.
i check my CC, money deducted.
wtf boost.

i top up 1.5k.........now gone in thin air.
but i check wit CC side, they said the transaction is still pending la, waiting for merchant to claim it.

CC customer service told me if not claimed by merchant within 7 days, on the 8th day shud refund to my credit.
