Hi.. I wonder if anyone has the resolution to the same problem above? It says "Sorry, card cannot be saved due to an error. Please try again or use different card"

I tried again using same and then different credit card but same error message occur. I have ask for Boost support.

Did you calculate how many coins you earn out of the RM4999 spend? All i can say is its not the most competitive ewallet.

Anybody experience once you redeem cash vouchers with your boost coins, that particular voucher is subsequently missing, ie. no longer available to redeem. For example, I recently (few weeks ago) redeem my coins with bonus linkpoints and rm5 prepaid/postpaid voucher. But after redeemed, the cash voucher icon for bonuslink and RM5 postpaid/prepaid voucher went missing till today. I have many coins going to expire next month, struggling to exchange my points so trying to change with some cash voucher. But it is getting limited.

FYI... I only redeemed one voucher early this mth and the bonus link voucher last mth (also once). The only cash redemption appear on my phone is RM2 petrol voucher and RM5 MYDIN raya wallet

Thanks... Wasnt aware boost bank and boost is not in same topic... it seems too troublesome to put $ in boost bank as mechanism n condition complicated.
