Yea, even if enforcement is not up to expectations, at least the public ought to be aware that they can actually make a complaint about it.. If the awareness picks up (especially if viral-ed), hopefully things might improve..

There are ways to 'obtain' evidence on conversations brows.gif . Since they are already being unethical, playing fair will only end up with a dead end situation.. They know this and hence the abuse (you could say your actions are akin to white lies, with no intent to harm; though this isn't encouraged at all unless necessary).. But if the public don't do something about it the practice will remain.. At least we do our part, whether any further action by bnm or other relevant authorities, it's not in our hands.. Anyway, don't wish to further go O/T as this is a boost thread afterall..

It's not about the time, and it's not as easy as you think like simply making calls or sending emails.

The biggest problem is BNM requires an evidence, I get it and it's a must. But here's a scenario example, if you wanna buy something and pay by card, cashier refuses to accept it cuz it's below the minimum amount, and there's no sign whatsoever...

What do you expect an average Joe to do? You can't expect to purposely buy more until it reaches the amount just to pay by card and get the evidence right?

People will just keep complaining without reporting, because it's really a hassle to do it.

I understand the frustration.. It's somewhat similar to reporting to other govt agencies' isn't it? delays, 0 response, the endless disappointments etc sweat.gif I've responded a suggestion on the 'evidence procurement' when it comes to verbal matters to #victor.. And this can be attached in any email.. Also, many other merchants aren't stupid too to put something in black and white that they know could be bad for them.. But if you dig deeper you can gather relevant evidence (hint: for e.g., when it comes to viral in social media, what other things do you normally see besides written statements/posts/photos)..

I encountered the same problem. Unfortunately, they're not doing anything about it. For my situation, First they said they will work on it and would manually issue the missing shake frewards to the account by the end of the day. The request was marked as 'solved' despite nothing being done thereafter. Sent a second request for the same issue (since the first request was ignored) and they ( a different staff) then said they will check and process any 'eligible' shake rewards.. Nothing happened afterwards too..

Made further payments and also encoutered missing shakes. Sent a third request and the first staff then casually mentions 'sometimes there's a glitch in the app that causes rewards not to appear'. doh.gif It's like they can throw any answers as they wish.

Just sent out an email to them and cc-ed to kpdnkk. Fingers crossed.. I've given them (boost CS) everything they've requested and which i thought relevant but nothing has been done dry.gif ..

For all its worth, I managed to get all my missing shake rewards after my email to support which was cc-ed to kpdnkk (this was after 4 requests with multiple replies in each requests which were all 'solved' and nothing was done, yet). Just the right timing/a coincidence? Who knows..

You're 'lucky' to still be able to top up RM200 PER day.

Same here. I haven't been able to top up even RM50 for the past 3-4 days. Even RM50 top up goes to OTP request and that of course will fail. And no, I don't top up and withdraw often at all. Seems to be a systematic arrangement.

Of course it is very likely that it isn't. People just trying to link the changes to boost/bp, without even giving much thought to the revisions to the other credit cards (which do not benefit from using with BP/boost). It's more likely what ClarenceT has mentioned.
