I am having the same issue for my card. I am able to use the card on other merchant but not Boost. May I ask does you able to get it solve?

This is the reply when I ask boost why I cant top up with my amex

This is due to the security features built-in our payment gateway which we are unable to disclose. In line with clause 5.1 of our Terms and Conditions, we highly advise you to use your other source of funds to cash into your Boost Wallet.

[1] Account Holder name should put your own name or the children name?

[2] When the payment reflect on the statement does the date follow the exact payment date or the date it process the payment.

E.g. if I make payment today (29-Dec-2019) and it appear on the next working day (30-Dec-2019). Will it show 29-Dec-2019 as payment date or 30-Dec-2019 is the payment date?

If is follow the payment date then we should not need to worry as long as we make the payment from boost before 31-Dec-2019.

I am having problem to add my card to my boost account. It always mentioned "Card not saved"

Anyone know how to solve it?

So far I tried
- log out and log in
- log out, clear data and login

All not working...
