Anyone tried adding syabas bill? Boost doesn’t accept new account number (10 digits). Is it safe to pay to old account number (13 digits)?

I don’t see boost option in watson app. Only visa and mastercard

Anyone can confirm boost reload using ocbc titanium entitled for 1% or 0.1% cashback? I tried to search the answer on ocbc thread but didn’t find any.

How to check withdrawal status? Last time I think someone talked about yellow and green status but I can’t find that in my boost app. I’m using IOS

15/1 7.00pm - fund appeared in maybank account

i paid my unifi bill using boost but i did not receive the receipt via email. is there any way to get it from boost app?

i think the delay is just a technical glitch.. end of month too many transactions after salary.. and CNY is coming

Complaining about topup or payment issues are still acceptable. But complaining about missing shake reward and brought the issue to BNM is just dumb. It’s not like we pay annual fee to use boost, and we are not forced to use it anyway. Shake reward is just a bonus. Some here keep ranting but at the same time are still abusing boost for getting CC cashback and withdrawal. They should boycott boost already if they’re not happy.

This is one of the reasons why I don’t agree with any attempts to escalate simple things like missing cashback to BNM. Should think twice and be smart.
