First time tried 1k payment at level 4, earned extra 6k coins. Not sure is it considered as good at level 4.

Erm. I think i got the extra 6k coins is because this is my first time spend at level 4. After reading the comments here, a lot of ppl getting 0.1x and nothing, the more I spend the lesser I will get in the coming months I guess.

I thought boost will give some sweet to those who just reached level 4 but later on should be no more.

Did they ask any question before they terminate? So after register again, you able to top up with cc is it? May I know how long does it take?

Redeemed lazada RM50 voucher but can’t purchase petronas e voucher. The tnc clearly mentioned all sellers and didn’t say anything.

Did I get it wrong? Digital seller is not seller. I really don’t understand.

What are those prepaid and postpaid services? Is it mobile top up?

I Have just tested, the postpaid credit should work for all “bill payment” services. E.g. unifi, umobile and etc.

Prepaid no idea already, should be prepaid mobile top up i guess.

Before key in the pin, did the msg mentioned it will deduct RM25 from your postpaid wallet? Mine yes but i didn’t pay.

Try top up rm25 into your boost wallet, when you able to proceed further, boost should deduct from partner wallet.

I think boost still can charge to his CC because it was an authorized transaction even already cancelled. So basically I think end up he will need to deal with bank instead but I don’t think is worth to do it cos it is likely that he needs to pay back the money to bank. Not sure which card he cancelled and he might not continue using boost anymore. As a result, he will lose a lot of opportunities (CC and boost), yet still need to pay back the money. No gain at all but losses a lot. My two cents.

Everybody is facing the same issue but yours is different day I guess. Boost only shown the last 50 trx, suggest month end to request a full trx list from boost to reconcile just in case.

Same. Just realized today, now 1-15 trx all gone.I have very low credit limit with SCB, have to monitor and keep topping up just in case boost recharge all trx, don’t know what will happen if I don’t have enough credit limit.

Seriously think BOOST is still sleeping. I emailed them to check those missing trx especially early this month one. One CS asked me to check with bank, now another one asked me to wait (already 3 weeks) for bank to reflect in my statement.

I thought the whole team should aware of this major issue and is rectifying it. Omg

Is kind of misleading also because previously was “guaranteed”. If they put before guaranteed and Current is “up to“, a lot of the users will make noice, maybe they are trying to avoid this but end up I think user will be getting more angry due to this misleading advertisement even they have mentioned up to in the ads.

I think to make it more transparent will be ideal like grab did this month.the user will used up all the points to redeem the 50% voucher and accept the new redemption rate.

Anyone having problem paying to SSPN? I have added the account but can’t pay, msg from boost “data cannot be read because isn’t the correct format”. Tried another boost account also same.
