Hi,sorry i still not understand.

My understanding is monthly
Boost has a upper limit of RM 4.5k per transaction type.

So i can topup maximum 4 times 4*1500=6000
cashout 3 times=4500.
6000-4500=1500
the remain 1500 need to use at other type of transaction e.g retail trasaction.

Meaning the maximum i can cashout to my saving acc is still rm4500.
Am i right?
can one can clarify..

May i know i got one hp boost already added unifi acc (and pay succesful rm50)

i use another hp boost add the same unifi acc but fail?
it show "account number xxxxx not valid"
coz i want use the second hp to pay another rm50 for the same unifi acc.

last friday i request cash out to maybank, and receive it on tuesday.

but today i want to cash out again it say
"pls do not attempt another transfer out until we approve ur request"

usually need wait how many days to do another transfer?

Hi, i am quite new to boost.
may i know where to see the yellow or green light?

i remember i saw it somewhere, but now cant find it.
is it due to i update to latest boost version so no more this indicator?

let say my acc mbb now pending need wait for two week.
(indicator already turn to green "tick", but system still not allow me to do new cash out).

So can i add 2nd bank acc to do cash out? (will lead any ban or not if do so)

or must wait two week for the 1st account unlock?
