I have that RM15 welcome wallet too, but when I try to pay RM40 to Maxis postpaid, it do not deduct from the welcome wallet. Any idea?

If I'm not mistaken,

To level up is based on last 30 days' transactions.

To maintain level is based on accumulated transactions every quarter of a year.

I just tried to pay at Shell but failed (I do have sufficient fund in the main wallet).

Is there a specific way to use this partner wallet? I just click the red "Scan & Pay" button and let the cashier scan my QR code.. but failed.

OK I finally managed to use the petrol wallet. This time I went to Petron instead of Shell to pump RM20 + RM35 and both transactions went through smoothly.

So it could be due to any of the following:
1. There's a problem with the Boost terminal at Shell.
2. RM55 somehow exceeded the usage limit.
3. Boost support did something to my account (as I made a complaint to them yesterday).

Anyway thanks for the suggestion bro icon_rolleyes.gif
