any update from their email?? wont use boost again as they are trying to cheat ppl with this glitch thing...their promo campaign always limited to like very few amount of ppl. then the time is up, there is no mentioned of the quota is finished (especially the boost movie 50% cashback)

That's right, only Online Banking balance is allowed to be transferred or use to pay finance service like ASNB / SSPN.

afaik, cc fund has some restricted usage but boost doesn't implement it as extensive as tng ewallet.

1% is only for credit card. Any screenshots to share the 1% extra for debit card?

dont mix the card type. debit card is debit card. prepaid card is prepaid card and NOT a debit card. there is a distinction from the card scheme (visa/mastercard/amex/etc)
tng visa is a prepaid card. some merchants/payment gateways may not able to recognize this card type and treat it as cc instead (as what mentioned above)

maybe you try using bank's debit cards or newer* gxbank/aeon bank debit card > boost wallet, see if it charge 1% convenience fee?

* p/s: also may have issue with newer cards in the market as existing systems doesnt recognize it as well. worth to try.
nothing much you could do except filing dispute to Boost to waive the 1% convenience fee. let them escalate to their payment gateway (revpay) to update their list.

errr you do know bigpay is not boost right?

no point comparing them together. each runs their app diffferently, engages with dfifferent vendors, different policies, setup, etc.

just because bigpay can identify tng visa prepaid card without charging 1% fee doesnt mean boost behave the same.

if boost is the issue, then boost gotta solve it. maybe they dont know this issue exists or for them to pay attention. maybe they dont care as tngewallet is competitor, why would boost want to solve it? maybe they dont have resources to fix it now.

bigpay can recognise tng visa. But what is the point?
Only transferable can use.

if transferable, direct tng > duitnow.
