Spent RM400+ (11St, Zalora, Bills, Mobile top-up, coffee shops) and got nothing. Checked with colleagues, friends and family...no one won! We must be super unlucky or something.

Requested for a transfer to bank account on 27 Jan and just received this e-mail from Boost:

Hi there,

We regret to inform you that there is a delay in processing the transfer out request to your bank account. We would like to assure you that we are very close to resolving the matter. This is a result of some technical clearance from the Banking institution of which we have escalated the matter to get it resolved. We will reach out to you again for an update.

Again, we apologies for the inconvenience caused. Rest assured your satisfaction is our No 1 priority. Thank you again.

Sorry for troubling you, but could you please provide more details of what happened? What do you mean by "cross broder 12am"?

You loaded RM1,500 with your CC, withdrew, and then got blocked immediately?

Did you get the normal "In Progress.... Your transfer out will be reflected into your bank account in 2-3 working days" page before being blocked?

Sorry for the any questions, but just curious what triggered this blocking.

I encountered exactly same thing. Now have to wait for 12 hours before being able to reload again with any CC. Otherwise even if I add cards, Boost ai keep removing them.

Yeh. I loaded 1400 and made 3 Hello Gold top tops of 25*3. Then tried to load 50...then cards all removed.

For those who pay Prudential using Boost, do you split payment or pay whole bill? I never tried this payment portal before so just checking with others who have.

Thanks for the detailed explanation.

My monthly premium is quite substantial so I was thinking of splitting into batches of 100 (to get shakes). But oh well, one shake is better than none!

Basically the same error message as mine.

I could top up using both cards yesterday, and now today they both can't be used.

I used another card (AEON) which I have never used before, and it could be added. Its just my previous cards that now can't be used. The only "problem" I can think of is that I add the cards and then delete after topping up since the security issues that Boost were facing, as I didn't want my details to be stored on Boost. Is that a possible reason why they got blocked? I can use the cards for other stuff, but just not on my Boost account.

I tried to add a new card which has never ever been used on any Boost account before, and this also failed.

Really don't know what's going on.

Me too. I even tried with a brand new CC that has never been used on Boost before and also can't add. My problem just arose yesterday. Before that I could top up using whatever cards I wanted.

All my e-mails from CS receive the most rubbish answers. The replies are the same style:

1. Contact your bank to enable online payments (RUBBISH - This is not a bank problem)

2. We are working hard to resolve technical issue (UGH)

Also I note that some people already experienced the problem since last week, but mine was just yesterday evening. In fact I managed to top up using my Amex yesterday morning but in the evening the same card suddenly couldn't work.
