Not really true.
You can cash-out from BP or Boost. So some people will not consider the CB on BP in the equation.
Amex gives you 6% (including 5TP worth 1%). Boost gives you less than 6% unless you win RM8 ~ RM8888.
You should consider the total CB amount earned, not the CB %.

Accounts that have been locked for "odd activities" are accounts that mostly pure topup + withdraw max. Although for some, i had made one-off RM 30 bill payments and one-off RM 30 mobile topups.

Accounts that i use for hellogold, topup + withdraw, genuine boost spending is not affected though.

Accounts locked all have 0 balance. Accounts not affected have remaining balances.

Cashback is only applicable when using Boost as a payment method.
Cashback will be credited into the customer’s Boost account within the next three (3) working days from the date of transaction.
Capped to the first 10,000 transactions.
Each eligible Customer is only entitled to three (3) cashbacks.
Refunded and cancelled transactions will not be eligible to receive the Cashback.

I paid with 244RMB and charged me for RM182.64
And today finally i received the refund amount but is only RM151.33
