May I know the ang pow shake do we need to physically shake it or is it randomly picked by Boost system? I enter the page which show I have the number of entries and shake shake shake but not even a page appear to inform I get 0 reward. Tq

Is there a way to trace all transaction record from Boost or is there any statement? I think some transactions records disappear from the app over time..

I am referring to transactions not limited to spending transactions. I also refer to shake rewards, receiving monies from other party.

normal scan and pay no email.. that's why I am asking if there is any statement or method to trace all transaction except recording manually ..

hi, may I know for Super Shake, 2 entries = 2 shakes? I only got one chance to shake where I have 2 entries under a same category... 😐

Nowadays sending email to support will not get any auto reply which acknowledge receipt of the email? Tried sending a few and the same happens... have a feeling that they block those people who regularly follow up on the outcome..

Haha, do you feel the shake in supershake is very fake, I.e haven't really shake "enough" already show pikachu tail. Whereas the shake from spending always takes longer time before the shake result / reward appear... make me feel supershake is already pre-programmed to show the results

Does village grocer accept Boost or any other e-wallet as payment method?

Thanks for the replies. Looks like only cash and card accepted. I was curious when I saw a customer in front of me let the cashier scan something from his phone during purchase, thought it was an e-wallet.

My first time paying street carpark of DBKL using Boost. How would DBKL know that I had paid the carpark fare with merely keying in plate number and color in Boost app? I mean if I am paying in DBKL app (not sure if there is such thing), the DBKL may be able to trace. This is unlike MBPJ parking which requires road tax no, driver name etc
