Wonder how you all make contact with cs?
Been getting the same error message for the last few days. Unable to add Amex for payment. I’m totally new, nothing was added before yet cannot add card. Emailed but replies were useless, contact via Facebook was not following up.. such customer service made me wonder what if there’s any problem with the payment or transaction...we are not protected at all...m...

Hi all,

Want to know what is the most effective way to contact Boost..

I used Boost to pay my Taobao purchase on Tuesday. Money deducted from Boost account but payment was not successful. Ended up paying by online transfer. I want to have my money refund back to me.. I have contacted Boost thru app and email.. but the response from cs was disappointing.. they mentioned in email that 2 hours within working hour response time totally rubbish.. 😅
