Just received my Citi Cashback card and have to spend RM1000 on retail spend to get the RM500 e-voucher.

If I reload RM1000 to Boost using the Citi cashback card, does that count as the retail spend?

Also do I get cashback from Citi, or they don't count Boost in?

Hi, facing an issue where I tried to reload but it says "card not charged".

I tried adding another card but an error came out saying that failed too as well.

It was working fine an hour ago, anyone facing the same error now?
