I signed up with Boost over the weekend & went to Mydin this morning to shop BUT the cashier, after 3 attempts, said that the system's down, probably due to Mydin's ongoing warehouse sales!

So much for my very 1st usage...

2nd attempt at paying thru boost failed too!

this time at 99 speedmart, USJ 9 - cashier said there's no machine there! sweet & simple...

how to boost the confidence in using boost to pay???

yes, it was sent by email as I signed up during the weekend.

my 3rd boost attempt at a specs shop in Summit failed too!

the merchant & I walked all the way to the main entrance under the moonlight to get better coverage as his machine uses data too BUT the transaction failed to go thru even after 3 attempts outdoors (& before that, 4 attempts indoors!)!

what a discouraging way to cut my boost teeth!!!

I've messages CS & they asked for further details BUT I doubt if they too can resolve my problems!

after 3 failed attempts, I finally got a win!

purchased on 11 street & it went thru! finally! yahoo for the shaken RM1 too!

methinks that wifi/data strength plays a BIG part for Boost transaction - Boost & other ewallets must ensure that the wireless machinery is able to be wired too!

when i signed up it was RM2 + RM3, as above. done both yesterday & waiting to receive rm5.

yes, you get RM5 for doing both.

for newbie only; & I'm one but will exit soon as am very disappointed with my 3 incidents where, due to no fault of mine, I can't complete my transactions, & the non-assuring replies from the Boost Support Team!

reload on Nov 26 11.06 am, & online purchase at 8.21 pm on same day.

rm2 & rm3 credited today at 3.24 pm.

that's good. now let's see if they'll give some sorry vouchers, ala Lazada...

maybe it's limited to X number of transactions?

probably too many boosting on weekends - try early on weekdays to be among the 500.
