I cant add any credit card now, ive tried few cards, it keep showing sorry card not saved bla bla bla, this means my account is banned permanent? I cant no longer use credit card to reload?

Not always, but on 24 april i shared same card with my gf boost account, then everything still fine, until night of 25, then i try to add my amex card but i dont know the cvv was the on infront of the card, then i keep try and keep get error, then suddenly my account cant use any card at all now, i try to add the amex to my gf boost account, and the card linked to her account now, only my account still reject cards, anyone has the same experience with me?

Im not sure what is the reason i got banned by using cc, maybe i tried too much attempt to add with the wrong amex cvv. Bcz i dnt know amex cvv is 4 digit

Is really cooldown period or they blocked permanent? Or they might banned perma and might cd either one? Actually this is not first time i met this problem, before this i use ambank bonuslink card in my boost account, then i try to add the same card to my gf boost account but its unable to add, then after few weeks i change my boost account cc, then i try to add back the same card to my gf account, then poof suddenly its work, so this is confusing me, i wonder if they blocked my account by using cc permanent or just suspend by few days or few weeks, i hope anyone have clear details can pm me and teach me what to do, im reach an stuck now=(

When i first time add my amex, i thought the 3 numbers behind the card is cvv, then i keep try like 3-4 times and failed, then suddenly i cant add any card and cannot topup with my existing linked credit card, of coz i have use the same card with two boost account, but no problem with it before until i try the amex

Im back and i happy to tell u all that my boost account is back to normal now, and i can use bigpay amex and other visa or mastercard to top up my boost, previously maybe is because i keyed in the wrong cvv for amex few times thats why boost temp blocked me from link a credit card, but after 2-3 days i tried again to link my card and everything is fine afterwards, and tried add and remove my card and re-added other card, and it still works, while my boost is blocked, i had email to boost support to asked and they said that im allowed to share cards between mine and my gf account and there will be no issue, before this i reload rm1k devide by 20 times, and never have any issue until i fail to add amex then my card topup method is blocked, but now everything is fine, this is sharing from me, thank you guys, happy continue boost.

anyone face any issue with topup by amex? I tried topup today morning after i keyin msos number then the transaction no go through, twice, afterwards it show card not charge error when i press topup

Is me only or anyone else facing the same amex irritation? Every time reload twice then will be a random cool down period.. before this i use other cards, there is no problem at all, until ive got an amex card then something keep puzzling me, either reload cant go through or the cooldown period..

Same for me here, im using iphone x latest os version and latest boost app version, i think there is an issue with their system. Report and report and report, still no luck, they said escalate to tech team.
