Both my wife (ios) and mine (android) can't topup via boost.

Same case as mine.
I'm on Galaxy S9+ and my wife on iPhone X. Both of us can't verify our accounts. Always comes out "Oops, please try again" after selfie.

I've even e-mailed boost about this but their response has been useless. Merely telling us to delete and reinstall the app. The thing is, I even used different phones and yet still can't verify. I'm suspecting they softban my accounts, but there's no proof of that. I'm 100% sure it has nothing to do with the devices.

I got 3 accounts I tried verifying on 3 different devices, all failed.
The first time will be different and longer.
And the rest is like a fake process where 100% will fail past the selfie.

I did mine at around 11am.
My friend did at around 7-8pm and still got the cashback.

7000 participants probably isn't that easy to fulfill. Considering there was less list of sellers offered this time.

This is really my first time joining such mission.
At first, I didn't see anything worth to get from the list.
I mean what did you guys get?

Its dead simply cause I maxed my transaction limit.
Cmon Boost, increase the monthly spending limit already.

I have 2 under my name, 1 from my sister and another from my wife. A modest number compared to some people here, but just to show that its more convenient for heavy users to be allowed to spend more than just $4,500. Or the very least, have a tier system like GrabPay or Samsung Pay that rewards loyal and active users.

I'm actually venting out a bit since none of my Boost account could be verified. Nonetheless, hopefully there will be some plans for Boost to introduce membership tiering system.

At this point, users aren't exactly loyal to one particular eWallet. Its either personal preference or whichever that offers the most incentives.
