I activated my Yoodo account on the first few days of Jan, surprisingly managed to get the RM10 reward after 10 days. I thought the campaign ended in Dec already. Probably haven't reach the 10000 users for the campaign yet.

i bet you will still continue using boost again and again even without this special angpao shake, because currently there are no other ewallets which are able to compete with boost... just spend like normal..if the angpao is yours, then it will come

I changed my phone number , so the old one got terminated after the grace period. I asked them to delete the account but they won't .
Problem is, the phone number is the only way to log in with Boost, as everything, including the password and PIN, can be reset using phone number.
The phone number might be recycled by the Telco (or has already been recycled). So the next person to have access to the number could log in to the account and get my personal info, including full name and last digits of my card number, and many of the transactions I have made in the past.

Who can I complain to ?

That's only for switching Telco, not changing phone number
