Does anyone knows if the shake reward amount depends on spending? ie spend rm5 usually get 50cent or below and rm50 above get more than RM1 etc

Anyone getting duplicate Shell RM5 cashback? I pumped once on the 21st, got 1 at 23rd and got another at 28th. Is there glitch in their system? Wondering if I am still eligible for the second time
