guys, any one had issue verifying boost account? I have been trying to verify for about two weeks now, but still no luck.
at the same time I have also reaching out to Boost support, but the support rather slow to no responses, so frustrated. I got money in the wallet I wanted to cash out, money stuck for almost two weeks.

any thoughts? thanks

and how many times you failed before it finally went thru?

finally today got my boost verification approved. for two weeks been trying to get verified.

not sure if this was the solution, before I submit my last verification request (friday), I amend my name in the Full Name field in the personal details to be exact match to nric name (before this it was shortened). and today saw verification went through. it might be luck, who knows..

just some thought in case anybody out there still having hard time trying, try it out if the Full Name didn't tally to nric
