Let's say I need to withdraw RM3,000 from Boost.
Do I have to do completed the 1st withdrawal of RM1500 before the system allows for the next RM1500 ?
If I withdraw RM1500, I should have minimum in my Boost balance of RM1502.00 ?

Nope. Shake rewards aren't credited until Boost "hears" back from TM's side that the payment went through. So it's make payment, you get the message along the lines of "Oh, TM is taking a bit to get back to us... bla bla.. check later"... Then later, the app will pop a notification that the payment has gone through and there's a shake reward waiting. You'll probably receive and SMS from TM regarding the payment long before this Boost app notification.

last week received email said pay any utilities bill rm100 can get cash back rm8 the next day...

fast fast paid rm100 to Syabas in single transaction... 5 days passed... apa cash back habuk pun tak ada...

what can i do to claim the cash back?

Just settled my RM400 mission, left with RM70 and RM120. Splitting bills and paying in advance, hope I won't get confuse when I get my future billing 😅
Highest rewards, go to your Boost mail & look for 'Boost Mission 101'.

The one with highest reward comes first,
then followed by expiry date

Shouldn't it  be "an action/transaction that leads to the mission being completed and with the highest reward"?
