Hi. New to Boost.
Been trying to pay PTPTN from yesterday but suddenly received the following message and all subsequent attempts failed with the same message. Is this normal with the Boost system and i just need to wait it out, or is there something wrong with my account?  I've send them an email, but no reply thus far. |

Hi all,
Besides email, what other means to contact Boost support? Dropped them emails, but all auto-responded. I checked their website and app, but don't seem to have call support? Am i missing something. |

Hi all. Would like to know if Boost limits the payment for Maxis postpaid bills to one transaction per day? I did a small payment trying out the Postpaid Wallet this morning. While that works, when I try to pay the remaining sum of my maxis bill, it keep getting the "Transaction Failed" message on Boost and from the history, I can see the latest amount going out then refunded back immediately. I checked and I am still within my monthly Boost limit. Any ideas?

Hi. Does paying on the Pos Malaysia app (android) gets counted to the scan & pay or pay mission criteria? I made a payment tnb bill, but no update to the mission.

Just managed to reload wallet using credit card. But payment to SSPN failed.
