I can't top up at all now in boost,

I'm getting the message below when top up from existing saved card.

i find out if the card got use at multiple boost account before, it will totally not able to use to top up even if you delete and rea-dd.

26/March i manage to top up using amex, how come now when I want to top up into boost using amex but not able to top up anymore. when i remove card and try to add again, unable to add this card anymore. it prompt "Card not saved".

No, I did not use this card at other boost account. just after one week did not use boost, want to use again become like this..

Maybank card don't have cashback for utilities.

you may contact revpay through phone or through FB. I have the same issue as well. Once you contact revpay they will ask you to provide RT number. That email actually will send to your entered email address (when made the payment at revpay). They replied me had report this to boost and will process refund within 5-7 working days.

Anyone had received the Boost Online Day campaign cash back for Taobao? because until now still no cash back receive.

Why all the unused shake reward missing?

Got few hundred unclaimed shake rewards missing like that, any one have the same?

I made a RM200 transaction and shake the rewards. Screen does show 400 boost coin during shake. But when enter again " My shake rewards" is showing 0 coin.

Ask CS, always tell me extra boost coin is given randomly and sometimes will get 0 coin. But I told them during shake I did see there is showing amount instead 0. No more reply from them.

Are you saying that during shake the extra boost coin rewards, when it show 400 means I have to 400 - 400 basic coin = 0 coin extra?

Just spend rm100 x 10 times, only have 3 purchased coin and shake. Something wrong with the system?

I still cannot redeem the RM30 & RM20 as well. the RM30 and Rm20 option are not missing. Can see but click redeem nothing happen.
