fastest withdrawal time = none

it's up to boost process the payment. they use m2e to transfer.

transfer time varies. 2-3 days, i supposed. didnt track much.

info can be found in boost thread back in /k.

Thank you, just realized I asked the exact question in v1 sweat.gif
Noticed I had a PBB (yellow pie) withdrawal status, but can't find any successful withdrawals in PBB statement, most likely it's like that when I added the bank account to Boost around July-Aug, will follow up with chat support. Tq

Hi, do anyone know how long boost transfer out money to the bank ?
I first time use this app.
*
2-3 working days I think

QUOTE(ckdenion @ Jan 8 2019, 10:57 PM)
didnt know that transfer to bank cannot be 3rd party. hope can get the amount back sad.gif i guess so long you withdraw to your own bank account then it should be fine. already 2-3 working days?

hope Boost can return your money soon.
Mine iinm, should be just adding the bank account but it has been yellow pie status since Jul-Aug last year,

Premium Wallet
1. Add money up to RM1,500 into your Boost Wallet
2. Transaction Limit is RM1,500 daily
3. Spend and perform cash out of up to RM4,500 monthly.
4. Send money to your friends and family up to RM500* monthly (aka Electronic Money Transfer)
5. Cash out money from your Boost Wallet to your bank account.
*The monthly spending limit will be refreshed every 1st of the month.
**Beginning 1 September 2018, you can send up to RM500 monthly. Should you successfully complete the KYC process as determined by Boost, you'll be able to send money to your friends & family up to RM4,500 monthly.

Does it mean that I can't transfer out 3 times each of (RM1500-RM2) if I were to pay bills via Boost?
Perhaps can only do 2x instead of 3x if I were to pay bills up to RM1500?
Any way to withdraw 3x and still pay bills via Boost?
Thanks!
QUOTE(ClarenceT @ Feb 18 2019, 10:41 AM)
RM0.00 beginning balance
+RM1500 top up
-RM1500 e-money transfer
+RM1500 top up
-RM1500 cashout (RM1498)
+RM1500 top up
-RM1500 retail transactions + bill payment
+ RM1500 top up closing balance for the day

Monthly limit RM4500 per transaction type.

Just saw this via search, has anyone managed to withdraw 3x (RM1500-RM2) and pay bills?
Need some guidance as it's kinda overwhelming, thanks!

Jan & Feb
Cashout + bill payment / retail + emoney transfer (to other Boost accounts)  > RM4500.

So each group RM4500 max, not combined.

Thanks Clarence, appreciate the explanation

Try to top up with amount less than RM100, you can escape OTP.
*
Nope, RM60 RM50 still requires OTP on ny side

Not reload amount trigger for OTP? hmm.gif

For me prolly it's because I removed and readded, so besides the rm4 preauth fee, the 1st time (multiple times because I was unable to top up due to the BP card error issue) topping up will require OTP ?

I only did the removal and readding as a workaround after getting the BP card top up issue but the problem doesn't go away.

This has been the situation for me currently. Cards were removed by boost due to upgrade (alleged security reasons).
Added bigpay card and was pre auth rm4 - successful.
But when topping up boost with bigpay, it prompted otp again, after keying in the otp, failed.

No issue with other cards, after pre auth rm4, topping up does not requires otp again.

Same here for my BP card, boost cs told me to update app and i replied that it's still not working.

anyone had the issues cant log in boost account? i tried password reset and reinstall app, but cant log on for more than 2 days, boost support was so crappy they only ask me to update apps or simply paste some template answers. any other method i can complain to make boost investigate my issues more seriously? can tell they really got some inexperienced programmer in their backend support.

Should be no issues, get support from CS, go to your email and cc bank negara, I can confirm Boost CS will pay full attention with quicker resolution.

Topped up RM100x2 using my FCB to Boost, 3rd time it fails...
It seems like max is RM100x2 per day? Same issue for my BP yday

Now deleted and couldn't readd the card...
Like that how is Boost expecting us to pay bills reliably...
