transfer time varies. 2-3 days, i supposed. didnt track much.

Hi, do anyone know how long boost transfer out money to the bank ?
I first time use this app.

didnt know that transfer to bank cannot be 3rd party. hope can get the amount back i guess so long you withdraw to your own bank account then it should be fine. already 2-3 working days?

So each group RM4500 max, not combined.

Try to top up with amount less than RM100, you can escape OTP.

This has been the situation for me currently. Cards were removed by boost due to upgrade (alleged security reasons).
Added bigpay card and was pre auth rm4 - successful.
But when topping up boost with bigpay, it prompted otp again, after keying in the otp, failed.

No issue with other cards, after pre auth rm4, topping up does not requires otp again.

Same here for my BP card, boost cs told me to update app and i replied that it's still not working.

anyone had the issues cant log in boost account? i tried password reset and reinstall app, but cant log on for more than 2 days, boost support was so crappy they only ask me to update apps or simply paste some template answers. any other method i can complain to make boost investigate my issues more seriously? can tell they really got some inexperienced programmer in their backend support.
