Did anyone encounter an anonymous transaction took place and deducted some money from the app?

Have not touched the app for the past one week and realised few charges made...

Paid them in Dec only and did not use them anymore till now. But it seems to be auto charged to my boost which it is not suppose to...

Don't remember there is recurring option or anything of such.

recently boost acceptance seems to be bad.

Or rather many merchants chose not to accept it anymore.

Either system down/ no available/ boss not in cannot use etc.

They straight say- pay with cc la- it is accepted.

is there something behind the scene happening?

Wrote in boost about those merchants but no responses also.

Having the same issue.

Managed to add Amex for top up. After the app updates, the card details gone missing and unable to add any cc at all.

Does anyone having same issue? Their cs is useless.

Keep telling me they don’t see any issue. Instead use bank transfer. Don’t use cc. 🤦🏻‍♂️

This e wallet is the most disappointing one among the market players.

The app is taking longer and longer to load.

Last night took a good 10 minutes to load for payment. Luckily I’ve decided to load the app before heading counter.

Otherwise it will be such a joke.

The size has growth from merely 30MB to 150MB.

And the loading time taking longer and longer.

Now my balance is incorrect. Urgh.

Anyway. Email epay with your reference for the failed transaction and they will check.

Can choose either re-effect the payment in 5 days time or refund to bank account which takes 5 days too.

To effect the same payment u need to follow up and check yourself.

Keep uninstall and reinstall till it works...

Usually 2 times after each update.

Next time. Instead of updating the app. Remove it and install a new one.

The app is UX is getting worse. Slower and slower.

It was meant to speed up q and fast payment but somehow felt like it’s taking longer time than using cash and digging coins.

It doesn’t work that way.

U need to spend on each merchant to get specific rewards.

Not simply spend 50 and get rewards for all.

Anyone encountered that the partner wallet credit isn’t being deducted?

Paid for Petron and the credit was deducted from my acc balance.

The same goes to POS credit. So now both the partners wallets remains intact. Tried for two transactions and both didn’t deduct.

Any idea how to go about it? Submitted a request to boost but don’t think they are replying anytime soon till the credit expires end of the month.

It shouldn’t be downgraded.

I’ve hit the amount and number of transactions early December.

And as of latest, they’ve removed the target and let a message there instead of the progress.

Only the merchant who accepts physical union pay card can scan boost qr code. Otherwise they need barcode.

Petron accepts union pay. Watson doesn’t.

That’s why boost union pay is not widely accepted.
